Hello, My name is Barefoot Mama and I have absolutely no idea what to say about myself. I’m going to start typing and just see what happens
I am in LOVE with…. my plants, walking Barefoot on the Earth, creativity, COLOR, art, seasons, herbs that heal, connecting with our earth, being my own doctor, the written word, staying grounded, carrot juice:), helping my children learn, fresh food, Sabbath, holistic medicine, organic tequila, medicinal plants, SUNSET, herbal tea with lemon and honey, people who aren’t afraid to be different, whole foods, READING, the sound of Niyah playing the piano, Alayna’s amazing laugh, Lucca’s uncontrollable energy, My husbands smile, the smell of rain, the sound of the ocean….. just to name a few.
I am working hard to repair the damage I have done to my body and help my sweet family stay healthy. So, what we eat is VERY, very, very important to me/us. Also, we would love for our farm to be sustainable, which is a journey in and of itself. I’m here to share this journey we are on and to keep a record for my babies.
This is me..
This is my blog which I like to call my….” magic in a bottle”
Sending LOVE, LOVE and more love your way,
If the sight of the blue skies fills you with joy, if a blade of grass springing up in the fields has the power to move you, if the simple things in nature have a message you understand, Rejoice, for your soul is alive. – Eleanora Duse
