Hello, My name is Barefoot Mama and I have absolutely no idea what to say about myself. so I’m going to list a few of my favorite things and if I ever come up with something to say, I’ll come back to this page….

I LOVE Gardening, walking Barefoot on the Earth, creativity, COLOR, art, seasons, herbs that heal, connecting with our earth, the written word, staying grounded, carrot juice:), helping my children learn, Sabbath, holistic medicine, organic tequila, herbal tea with lemon and honey, people who aren’t afraid to be different, READING, the sound of Niyah playing the piano, Alayna’s amazing laugh, Lucca’s uncontrollable energy, My husbands smile, the smell of rain, the sound of the ocean……mmmm just to name a few.

 I am working hard to repair the damage I have done to my body and help My family get healthy. So, what we eat is VERY important to me/us. Also, we would love for our farm to be sustainable, which is a journey in and of itself. I’m here to share this journey we are on and to keep a record for my babies.

FYI I put things on here that I need to work on, things that challenge me, things I’m happy or sad about, my down falls (which are many) and Victories and a person, a wife and a Mama and things that tell the story of where I am in my journey.
