My favorite scripture is Proverbs 46:10

Be still and know that I am God.

I used to have it on the wall in my house, even back in my anti- church, anti - religion (never anti-God…there’s a distinct difference) days 

Something about it has always calmed my restless spirit. 

I used red jasper to make this sacred heart bracelet and I feel like it’s perfect.
